Youth Recreation Our athletic programs are designed to provide a comprehensive development experience for youth. Athletes will work on vital social and emotional skills, teamwork, and communication. They will also learn about healthy eating, exercise, injury prevention, good body mechanics, and managing mental health and stress. Guided by trained trauma informed coaches, athletes will engage with their peers and develop essential skills while being connected to a coach mentor. Our mentors work closely with families to support the youth in staying on track with their athletic and educational goals. Coaches will provide one-on-one and group instruction to teach proper techniques and best practices for success in their chosen sport.
